Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Bob send parser contract to IBIS board and to Atul.
  - Done.

- Mike post updated message spreadsheet and user guide table pages.
  - This has not yet been posted.
  - The IBISCHK6.1.0 User Guide has been created, will post that.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Parser development:

- Bob: Waiting for response from Atul.

IBIS User Guide:

Bob: Update the readme to associate draft8 with wip2.

- Lance: we probably should have version control.
- Mike: The new website might be able to support that.

AR: Mike post new User Guide and spreadsheet as wip2.

Free tools:

- Mike: We had SpiSIM submitted.
- Bob: s2ibis3 has had Java problems.
- Mike: It is a good idea bundle Java with it.
  - SpiTran has Java bundled and it still runs.
- Lance: The support requests have been about diff pairs, etc.
